How often should I order?
We recommend subscribing for delivery every 2 weeks to keep your grass patch looking its best.
Can I unroll my grass directly on the floor?
This grass got dirt…meaning its best to unroll it directly on your tray to keep that dirt in one place
Why does my grass come in burlap?
Burlap allows the grass to breathe helping it stay green longer until it is delivered to your door and ready to be unrolled for your pet.
When will I get my delivery?
Depending on your address, you will get your delivery on a specific day of the week. Your confirmation email will include your delivery day. Currently we only delivery to Kuna, Idaho on Tuesdays.
Do I need to water my grass?
Not required…but watering it once a week could keep it green for longer.
How do I dispose of my grass?
Just roll up the burlap and grass together and throw it away!
I am out of town and forgot to cancel my delivery, what do I do?
Email us as soon as possible so we can cancel the delivery. If your item has already been packaged and delivered, we do not offer returns due to the nature of our product.
What size grass patch should I order?
We offer 2 sizes of grass patches. We would recommend trying the smaller one first if you are unsure which size to pick.
24”x24” recommended for small to medium pets
24”x36” recommended for large pets
Why don't you deliver to my area?
We currently only deliver to the Kuna, Idaho. If you live outside those boundaries, contact us and let’s work something out.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you go but if you find Green Paws not working for you and your pet, sign into your customer account, go to account settings, and cancel your subscription.
Can I switch delivery day?
Since we deliver by hand to each location once a week, you are unable to switch your delivery day. But since our grass comes in burlap, your grass will last 1-2 days wrapped up.
Why do you hand delivery?
We care about our grass. Every green paws is inspected for quality control so you get the best grass.
What do I do about the poop?
Just like with normal grass, bag it and toss it.
